The inspiration behind Poppadom Express is to bring something new, fresh and vibrant on to the British Indian dining scene. In order to achieve this revolution, we went back to the roots of Indian cuisine.

Up till now only one piece of authentic Indian equipment namely the Tandoor, were imported/used by all restaurants throughout the UK to prepare cuisine which traditionally can and should only be prepared using their respective equipment to achieve true texture and flavour of Indian Cuisine.
